PM Cook

The Doubletree by Hilton located in Spokane, Washington is looking for a Line Cook to join their hospitality family. The ideal candidate is a passionate individual who wants to start a career in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Reads menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier or procures it from storage
• Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipes, using variety of kitchen utensils and equipment
• Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Maintains inventory, maintains temperature logs, and ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
