Job description
Responsible for delivering complex ERP initiatives and owning day-to-day ERP support and enhancements in a lean environment. Combines program leadership with direct individual contribution—owning outcomes across planning, execution, and ongoing support.
Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets, and lead complex ERP initiatives end-to-end. Own day-to-day ERP support and enhancements, and operate without a large internal team.
Requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. The right candidate takes responsibility for outcomes, maintains high standards for quality and completeness, and ensures progress continues without waiting for escalation or additional layers of support.
