Head of consolidation

We are looking for a Consolidation Manager in a leading Ukrainian industrial holding company to prepare consolidated financial reporting, analyze financial results, and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, accounting and auditing, computer science, or physical and mathematical sciences
• Additional education - DipIFR, ACCA (desired)
• Experience as a financial controller, auditor, or financial analyst for at least 3 years
• Experience in BIG4 or leading Ukrainian audit companies will be a plus
• Practical experience in preparing consolidated financial reporting, including elimination of intercompany transactions
• Experience in preparing presentation materials for management, banks, or investors
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, work with large datasets), desired experience with Power BI, 1C, BAS ERP
• Deep understanding of IFRS principles and standards
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, high accuracy, and responsibility
• Developed organizational and communication skills, systematic thinking, and ability to work in a team
