
Job description
The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings, requiring practical skill and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
Replace electrical receptacle covers, switches, patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, paint structures and equipment, and perform general maintenance on equipment or machinery.
Must have a valid Driver's license, ability to obtain a Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) Clearance, and possess working knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
