Network Administrator

Role Overview

The Network Administrator shall provide administration, configuration, operations, and maintenance services for the Fort Carson Network Management System. This role involves analyzing LAN utilization statistics, operating and maintaining network architecture, and monitoring operational capability and security standards.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning network components, monitoring network management systems, performing system backups, and configuring network systems according to DoD security directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience OR High school diploma or GED and 4+ years’ experience
• Secret clearance with T3 Security Investigation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Juniper Network Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or CompTIA Security + CE certificate
