Salesforce Software Engineer

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in leading and supporting in the full life-cycle development of Salesforce cloud-based enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development and configuration experience in designing and developing high performance, reliable and scalable production systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer and administrator
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and implementation processes
• Experience in writing client and server-side code for web-based applications, strong Apex or Java expertise preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Practical knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life-cycle
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the software industry, particularly with Salesforce products
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations
