Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Recruiters in the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, external workers, HR and line managers
- Work closely with the Recruiters to ensure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times
- Manage candidate dispositions in the Client's recruitment system
- Update the system with candidate feedback as advised by the Resourcing Partner
- Interview scheduling and room bookings for AVP / VP hires within SLA timeframes
- Ensure all interview notes are stored appropriately and recording all feedback in the Client's recruitment system
- Ensure the offer details are completed accurately on the recruitment system in conjunction with the Resourcing Partner
- Act as a key point of contact to liaise with the key delivery teams and the client's onboarding team
- Provide an appropriate escalation point during onboarding
- Ensure all candidate contact reflects the Client's brand and values
- Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes
- Ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the on-site team
- Relieve on-site Resourcing Partners of as much administration as possible
- Maintain all central inboxes and helplines as required
- Ensure correct data is maintained in Recruitment Systems and paper files
- Gain a strong understanding of the RS Remit within the client
- Work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
