Provide diagnostic evaluation of customer needs and respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Monitor IT infrastructure and application using different monitoring tools, manage incident requests, and document customer information.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Windows administration, network administration, or Linux administration
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, file server management, DHCP and DNS server management, and Network Policy Server management
- Knowledge of network administration, including firewall management, routing and switching, wireless networking, and structured cabling
- Knowledge of Linux administration, OS troubleshooting, Apache/NGINX web server management, and patching
- Knowledge of Azure/Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS, Entra ID, Exchange Online management, and other cloud platforms
- Certifications or exams passed, such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, CompTIA Server+ or Network+
