Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required)
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs
• Intermediate computer proficiency
