Requirements

• Experience in providing exceptional levels of one-to-one customer service
• Previous experience working with home products, beauty, or a fashion-based product where customer service and product knowledge are excellent
• Ability to manage a team of 5-10 employees
• Management experience with KPIs such as Conversion, UPT, Sales, and Mystery Shop
• Ability to manage a P&L
