Project Planner Analyst

The Project Planner Analyst plays a critical role in driving process improvement, data analysis, and strategic resource planning across departments and projects. This position consolidates schedules, leads cross-functional meetings, interfaces with department managers, and senior leadership to establish priorities to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or similar. Including resource allocation.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of procurement, engineering, and project workflows.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret and present data clearly to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and drive accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in planning, data analysis, or process improvement roles.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment preferred.
