CISO / Head of IT Security - Fulltime Hybrid

We are seeking a CISO / Head of IT Security to lead our security strategy and internal IT operations. You will bridge the gap between technical security measures and the strategic needs of our growing global team. As CISO / Head of IT Security, you will be responsible for safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy within the medical device software landscape.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in a similar position (Finance sector start search)
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Significant experience in information security and IT leadership, ideally within the healthcare or finance industry.
• Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS) and modern infrastructure tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and data privacy initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
