Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Evaluations & Observability platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience leading teams, familiarity with AI evaluation & observability systems, and a strong technical curiosity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience successfully leading and managing teams
- Familiarity with AI evaluation & observability systems
- Deep technical curiosity
- Strong ability to champion an engineering team through macro process changes
