Job description
The Associate, Asset Management will support the management of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments across major U.S. markets. The role will assist in the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting of loans secured by various property types.
Review and interpret loan agreements, assist in coordinating asset servicing activities, support construction, leasing, and capital expenditure draw process, and coordinate funding requests with lenders.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to synthesize financial information, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
