Role Overview

Evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers, search for insurance and employer leads, and update patient files. Work remotely as part of a collaborative and diverse culture with a great work-life balance.

What You Will Do

Evaluate incoming data, enter new information into patient records, synthesize available information, and determine next steps. Interact with data in various formats, achieve production standards, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors

• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently
• Proven reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
• Ability to understand MRA departments and patient accounting
• Working knowledge of computer functions and software
• Comfortable working with applicable technologies
