Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to represent our hospital clients' billing office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and/or healthcare, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a high school diploma or GED. The role involves working from home or in our Aurora Office, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with patients on affordable payment plans. The position comes with a stable base pay, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities, and opportunities for growth and promotion within the company.
Requirements
- Must be a Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Wyoming, Oklahoma, or Montana resident
- Demonstrated history of retention
- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred
- Authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
