
Job description
The Customer Service Advisor role is part of the SafeWork NSW Regulatory Services team, providing specialist inbound customer contact support to minimize work health and safety harm. The role works to a rostered work pattern, scheduled within business hours.
Deliver high-quality customer service, build expertise in WHS knowledge, and respond to diverse and complex WHS enquiries. Create and maintain effective records, and use strong interpersonal and communication skills to actively listen and obtain accurate information.
Our ideal candidate will accurately interpret and explain complex information, apply excellent communication skills, and navigate multiple information systems to handle complex customer interactions effectively.
