Requirements
- Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes
- Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals
- 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology
