Manufacturing Supervisor / Night Shift Sun, Mon, Tues 6pm-6:30am and every other Wed 6pm-2:30am. $67,000-$80,000 plus 15% differential

The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead the Manufacturing Department, ensuring processes are performed safely and efficiently, and staff understands and adheres to company purpose and values. They will also work to improve Lean manufacturing processes and supervise team members.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Business, Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5+ years’ experience in lead or supervisory role working in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Good problem solving ability
• Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional and timely manner
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP system
