Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and build relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in remote or international hiring environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
