Role Overview

Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data, and by assisting with the implementation of Lean initiatives across operations.

What You Will Do

Collect and organize operational data, perform basic data analysis, support Lean initiatives, and prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college in an Engineering Technology, Operations, Business, or related program.
• Strong interest in Lean, continuous improvement, CNC machining or manufacturing operations
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
