
Job description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attract top talent, and develop effective recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies, post job openings, conduct interviews, build candidate networks, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Manage onboarding, including pre-boarding, orientation, documentation, and integration activities.
10-12 years of experience in talent acquisition and onboarding management, master's degree in human resources or related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
