Staff Accounting Consultant

Role Overview

As a Staff Accounting Consultant, you will support the month-end close process, perform financial reporting and audit compliance, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. This role is hybrid, with up to 3 days onsite. You will work with a team to support clients in various industries.

What You Will Do

Support month-end close process, perform financial reporting and audit compliance, and implement process improvements. Communicate with business partners to resolve issues, and prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• CPA, CMA, CIA or CFE preferred
• 0-5+ years of related experience
• Public accounting, related consulting or industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with large ERP systems and strong MS Office technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
