Job Description
RHA Health Services is hiring for a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / Waiver position. The role provides support for individuals with disabilities in the community, helping them identify and communicate their needs and goals. The position is a key member of a care team, supporting people in their home and community, and promoting healthy living and preventing illness and accidents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers' license
- Conflict resolution
- Some computer skills preferred
- Decision making
- Communication skills
- Ability to maintain good work attendance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
