Qualified Professional

RHA Health Services is hiring for a Qualified Professional to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health and/or substance use needs. The Qualified Professional will serve as the center of the interdisciplinary service team, guiding the development of person-centered plans and coordinating services and supports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education
• Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations that apply to our service offerings
