Qualified Professional / QP / Facility Based Crisis

We are hiring for a Qualified Professional to provide comprehensive support to clients with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. The role includes skill-building activities, psychoeducational guidance, and therapeutic mentoring. The position is based in a facility that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults aged 18 and over experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in Human Services field) & 2+ years full-time experience with population served
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience with population served
• Master’s Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served
• License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession
