Recruiter

Rho is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across the business, with a focus on building a high-integrity team of operators. The role involves partnering with the Talent & People org and cross-functional partners globally to advance and absorb Rho's talent brand and strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• Depth in at least one domain (Technical, GTM, G&A, or regulated functions like finance, risk, compliance)
• High ownership and accountability
• Strong knowledge of the Salt Lake City financial talent market
• Operational excellence
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills
• Bias for urgency, ownership, and high standards
• Confidence working with sensitive roles and high-integrity functions
