Senior Construction Cost Estimator

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our production estimating team, supporting Aviation, Federal Agencies, DoD, and State/Local government projects. The role involves preparing and coordinating detailed cost estimates across various project phases, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and design constraints.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage cost estimates for large and complex projects at all design stages, collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost management, and utilize industry-standard estimating tools and software for detailed pricing and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (or related field)
• 8 plus years of experience in the estimating field with a cost consultancy or contractor
• Expertise in all discipline scopes of work
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft 365
• Possess excellent written and oral communications skills
• Working knowledge of typical estimating software
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
