The Associate Brand Manager is a strategic and integral member of the marketing team responsible for maintaining brand consistency and driving engagement across key portfolio brands. This dynamic role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, managing brand identity across all touchpoints, and collaborating closely with internal Sales, Creative, and Digital teams.
Requirements
- Maintain consistency in brand appearance and execution across all consumer touchpoints
- Participate in regular strategy and brand team meetings
- Develop and track KPIs for marketing campaigns
- Research innovative ways to increase brand engagement and consumer connection
- Assist in executing 360° marketing programs and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Partner with trade marketing team to manage coupon programs and promotional offers
- Collaborate with sales team to support customized programs for chain and on-premise accounts
- Manage e-commerce newsletters and promotional offers
- Support and manage wine club communications, offers, and member engagement initiatives
- Pull weekly sales, social, and digital reports
- Track campaign performance against established KPIs
- Coordinate internal creative projects
- Manage external creative service requests
- Update and manage all brand-related assets on Brandfolder
- Work collaboratively with digital media team
- Manage and inspire agency partners
- Ideate, create, and manage creative content for all social media platforms
- Execute social community management
- Involved in all social media advertising across Facebook and Instagram
- Update and maintain brand websites
