
Job description
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops client portfolios, and ensures a unique client experience. They participate in daily boutique operations and are an active participant in the community.
Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, adapt approach to client needs, negotiate and handle objections, and assist with after-sales clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a team-player approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service needs. They must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings and client events.
