Human Resources Manager

Ricondo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a generalist with a strong focus on employee retention, learning and development, performance management, career and professional development, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
• HR experience in professional services or consulting preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, HRCI) strongly preferred
