Implementation Specialist (Internal)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the launch of real estate agent websites, DNS records, and IDX feeds. This is primarily a task-based role, with intermittent client interaction via calls and email. The position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a technical mindset who want to grow into a Client Success Manager (CSM) path over time.

What You Will Do

Manage and complete implementation tasks, including launching real estate agent websites, setting up and verifying DNS records, confirming IDX feed integrations are live, and communicating with clients occasionally through calls and email.
