
Job description
The Associate Support Engineer, SAP, ECP, Payroll provides remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of the global customer support team. The role requires expertise in SAP Payroll and Time management issues, and the ability to develop, test, package, and deliver fixes for such issues in complex environments.
Provide payroll monitoring and technical support for multiple weekly and bi-weekly payroll areas, resolve payroll and time management incidents, and perform configuration of vacation quotas, work schedules, holiday calendars, wage types, tax models, payroll and time schemas and rules.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in SAP, Payroll, and HCM Consulting, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
