Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI)

Role Overview

Embeds with enterprise clients remotely to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions in production. Works independently inside client environments, spanning production engineering and applied AI.

What You Will Do

Leads technical discovery, designs target architectures, writes production-grade code, builds and tunes retrieval pipelines, and implements enterprise-safe agent tool execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience
• 2+ years shipping AI or machine learning systems into production
• Proven track record working directly with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients
• ERP and enterprise systems experience
• Experience with multiple-agent AI platforms
• Production Python and at least one additional enterprise or full-stack language
• SQL and data modelling fluency
• Hands-on retrieval-augmented generation
• Evaluation suite design for LLM-based systems
• Production observability for AI systems
• Working knowledge of at least one major agentic AI platform
• Agent tool execution and governance
• Enterprise integration fundamentals
• UI and front-end fluency in modern web frameworks
• Durable execution frameworks, event-driven architectures or workflow orchestration
