Security Analyst

Role Overview

The Security Analyst supports day-to-day SOC operations across cyber and physical security, including alert triage, incident response, and client ticket handling.

What You Will Do

Analyze cyber security alerts, assist in vulnerability assessments, monitor CCTV feeds, and prepare monthly SOC reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+
• 3-6 years of experience in Security operations center (SOC)
• SIEM fundamentals
• EDR/AV alert handling
• Understanding of network, endpoint, identity, email security, and common attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK)
• Physical security operations exposure (optional)
• Ticketing and SLA-driven support (ServiceNow)
• Reporting skills in Excel
