
Job description
As a Sr. Solution Engineer, you will engage in sales opportunities, participate in customer meetings, and collaborate with Senior Account Executives to address customers' needs and challenges. You will serve as the primary liaison to internal Delivery and Strategic Services teams, drawing on your existing functional expertise with Rimini Street products.
You will partner with Senior Account Executives to support and influence sales opportunities, engage directly with customers to understand technical needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle. You will also deliver compelling presentations on Rimini Street's services and support model.
This role requires a proven track record of operating effectively in a global, matrixed organization, with experience implementing, supporting, or architecting complex ERP applications across global enterprises. You will need to demonstrate mastery of software licensing models, deep knowledge of enterprise applications and technology stacks, and strong public-speaking and facilitation skills.
