Behavioral Health Program Supervisor – Youth & Family Services

Rimrock Trails Treatment Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to lead their new Assessment and Resource Center (ARC) serving youth and families in Crook County, Oregon. The role provides administrative and program leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering behavioral health screening, brief intervention, and care coordination for youth experiencing substance use and mental health challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Ability to obtain a CADC certification within 12 months of employment (employer covers costs)
• Certification or licensure allowing the provision of addiction treatment services
• Experience supervising or leading staff in a behavioral health or human services setting
• Knowledge of substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
