Business Analyst

RingCentral is a $2 billion global leader in cloud-based communications and collaboration software, looking for a Business Analyst to work as an Analytics Business Partner advising key Business Leaders within Customer Care. The role involves developing tools and strategies to transform raw data into business insights, and synthesizing business key trends and assessing current/future business risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent degree)
• At least 2 years of Relevant Work Experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations
• Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
• Requires strong database manipulation, stakeholder & project management skills, excellent data storytelling and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams.
• Knowledgeable in CRM and Customer Care Tools (i.e. Salesforce)
• Knowledgeable in BI Tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Knowledgeable in Big Data platforms is a plus (i.e. Hadoop and Alteryx)
