RingCentral is seeking a Business Analyst to work as an individual contributor, advising key Business Leaders and providing analytical insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer care or post-sales operations, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of CRM and BI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent degree)
- At least 2 years of Relevant Work Experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations
- Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
- Requires strong database manipulation, stakeholder & project management skills, excellent data storytelling and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams.
- Knowledgeable in CRM and Customer Care Tools (i.e. Salesforce)
- Knowledgeable in BI Tools (i.e. Tableau)
- Knowledgeable in Big Data platforms is a plus (i.e. Hadoop and Alteryx)
- Willing to do Night Shifts. Work shift is from 11pm – 8am.
