Enterprise AI Product Engineer

Join RingCentral as an Enterprise AI Product Engineer and contribute to the development of our proprietary AI solution, RingSense AI. As a key member of our product management team, you will partner with business stakeholders to uncover AI opportunities, design end-to-end solutions, and drive production delivery. You will have real ownership over meaningful problems, a short path from idea to production, and the support of a world-class engineering organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions in an enterprise setting
• Ability to architect solutions from scratch
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or development language (Python strongly preferred)
• Solid grasp of modern AI/ML concepts
• Experience integrating with enterprise APIs and platforms
• Strong communication skills
