Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

Role Overview

Join RISCPoint as a Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant to support organizations in navigating complex compliance frameworks. Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver tailored engagements and prioritize technical excellence and client experience.

What You Will Do

Support SOC 2 audit and readiness engagements, assist with evidence collection, and participate in client meetings and workshops. Develop and maintain security and compliance documentation, and assist in identifying control gaps and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, IT audit, risk advisory, information technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, or NIST CSF
• Exposure to GRC and compliance automation platforms such as Vanta or Drata
• Basic understanding of information security concepts including access management, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, incident response, and security policies
