Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Lead multiple concurrent compliance engagements from kickoff through completion, taking full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate the work of consultants, engineers, and subject-matter experts. Produce clear, concise reporting for clients and internal audiences. Anticipate obstacles, surface issues early, and lead mitigation efforts.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading professional services, consulting, or compliance engagements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years leading professional services, consulting, or compliance engagements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent)
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
