Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience required
- Community association, HOA, property management, or real estate accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, and month-end close processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems required
- Experience managing deadlines and high-volume workloads preferred
