Role Overview

Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment.

What You Will Do

Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors, act as a technical resource for customers and sales force, and work outdoors at heights and lift up to 100 pounds.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Selected candidate must be able to work independently, have good customer service skills, and have experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Clean driving record and DOT physical
