
Job description
This position is responsible for maximizing the alignment of technology with Rite-Hite’s Human Resources goals and objectives. This includes ensuring data integrity, security, process efficiency, and proper accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration, and education.
Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility of actionable data, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will also be responsible for system maintenance, researching and resolving HRIS problems, and generating reports.
The successful candidate must have experience collaborating with HR functional experts and IT, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a minimum of two years of experience working with Workday, preferably including system implementation.
