Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' post-residency experience
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia
• DEA License in Virginia
