RN

Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the Director to provide total nursing care of assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, and supervising non-professional personnel.

Requirements

• Assesses patient needs and develops comprehensive care plans
• Provides palliative and end-of-life care
• Supervises and delegates tasks to LPN/LVN's and Home Health Aides
