Job Description
The RN Home Health position works under the supervision of the Nurse manager and the Director to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the total nursing care of assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis. The RN develops a comprehensive care plan for each patient and works under the direction of leadership and a multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive range of services.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP)
- Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
- Staff Nurse (Preferred)
- Home Care (Preferred)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days
- Valid Drivers License
