Requirements
- Industrial/Maintenance Electrician 422A and/or 309A certification
- 1-3 years leadership experience in leading a team of Millwrights or electricians
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience with a balanced mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, procedures, and electrical schematics
- Proven machining skills using lathes, milling, and drill press
