Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partnering or HR advisory roles
• Experience supporting corporate/enterprise teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Technical Design)
• Demonstrated capability in organizational design, change management, and talent development
• Strong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at multiple levels
• Proven success supporting growth, scale, or transformation in office-based environments
• Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort using people and business insights
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
