As a strategic, proactive, and forward-looking partner, you will play a critical part in enabling Riverside's growth by strengthening organizational design, building future-ready capabilities, and scaling people practices that support high-performing corporate teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partnering or HR advisory roles
- Experience supporting corporate/enterprise teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Technical Design)
- Demonstrated capability in organizational design, change management, and talent development
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at multiple levels
- Proven success supporting growth, scale, or transformation in office-based environments
- Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort using people and business insights
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
